| Resolution of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund specifying the amount of the contribution to the Resolution Fund for 2025 The Management Board of mBank S.A. (âBankâ) informs that, in accordance with the Resolution No. 12/2025 adopted by Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund on 26 March 2025, the contribution to the Resolution Fund due from the Bank for 2025, including the adjustments of the contributions for 2023 and 2024, amounts to PLN 185,225,112.54. The above amount will be recognised by the Bank as costs of the first quarter of 2025. | ||||||||||||
